Our digital PR campaign for Your Overseas Home, a specialist property website looking to establish themselves as a trustworthy authority in the overseas property market, was a classic example of making every penny count. The budget was tight, but we were determined to prove that creativity and strategy could outshine any financial constraints.
We crafted unique stories, leveraging existing client data and desk-based research to appeal to users at various stages of the overseas property buying journey.
Our three-pronged approach of; PR stories, reactive opportunities, and data-led content, achieved impressive results, including; 276 items of media coverage with an average Domain Rating of 56, 182 backlinks from high authority media sites, and an astounding 718% increase in organic clicks.
Our long-standing client, OnTheMarket, challenged us to reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) and increase visibility for their member estate agents and developers. We responded with a personalised, data-driven campaign that utilised automated bidding, dynamic search ads, and targeted priority outcodes to drive value at scale.
The team also used existing client data and desk-based research to create unique campaigns that appealed to different audiences and stages of the property buying journey.
Our meticulous, phased approach and diligent daily spend adaptations led to an incredible 86% reduction in CPA for estate agent and new development leads, a 68% reduction in CPA for valuation leads, and a significant 198% increase in lead volume.
These campaigns underline the importance of PR as a cornerstone of any digital strategy and the potential of personalised paid media campaigns. They highlight that understanding your audience and developing content that appeals to them can yield fantastic results – a useful takeaway for all digital-first businesses.
