Paid Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our growing agency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record across client management, multi-channel campaign management, data management & team management.

You will strive to understand your clients’ business needs, their challenges, and the role digital plays in generating successful results. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies, setting out targets against business objectives, and finding new & exciting opportunities to drive growth.

This is both a hands-on and strategic role, where you will be responsible for managing campaigns across a number of key advertising platforms in paid search, social and programmatic. You will be expected to use data to inform your day-to-day decision making across all key areas of the business.

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts across search, social and programmatic (including: Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Amazon, Criteo and AdRoll)
  • Develop strategic media planning, which will include targeting, budgets, forecasting and KPIs
  • Delivery of day-to-day campaign management across research, optimising, analysis, reporting, and a test & learn framework
  • Ensuring best practices are adopted throughout your work and across the team for consistent, high-quality output
  • Work collaboratively with the Paid Media team and wider agency; attending or leading meetings, supporting members of staff, and taking on new projects
  • Reporting to the Paid Media Account Director on the progress of clients and the team
  • Manage a team of Specialists (Executives) with the delivery of their work and development
  • Develop new initiatives for clients & internal projects to help drive growth for the agency
  • Involved in new business development across research, analysis, and pitch material
  • Supporting agency marketing across branding, webinars, website development and events

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful paid campaigns
  • Experience in Paid Search campaign management including Google and Bing
  • Experience in Paid Social campaign management including Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
  • Experience in Programmatic campaign management
  • Strong understanding of wider digital channels
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, including use of Excel and Google Analytics
  • Excellent reporting skills, with a proactive approach in driving automation
  • Good understanding of attribution and website tracking
  • Highly organised with an acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Work as a team player, whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills
  • Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards
