CRM & Analytics Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing agency as a CRM & Analytics Executive. The successful candidate will have an interest in digital marketing and a strong analytical background.

You will strive to understand our clients’ business needs and the role digital plays in generating successful results. You will work very closely with the wider team in developing comprehensive strategies, setting out targets against business objectives to drive maximum growth.

This is both a hands-on and strategic role, where you will be helping to implement comprehensive CRM infrastructures across a wide range of industries with a focus on data cleanliness and automation. While also taking into account wider business goals and channel interactions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to expand their career in digital with an exciting and rapidly developing agency. These responsibilities will be across Semetrical’s own CRM as well as contributing to the execution of tasks across our clients:

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and delivering of CRM and email marketing campaigns including coordination of communication planner.
  • Supporting the Senior Analytics Team Members with database management including database cleanliness.
  • Working closely with the Analytics Team to develop data segmentation strategies.
  • Manage the building, scheduling, testing and optimisation of email campaigns.
  • Assist in the delivery of weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Establish email performance benchmarks, summarise key insights, and recommend actions to improve email performance.
  • Create a testing plan to improve customer engagement and produce a log of what works and what doesn’t.
  • Manage automated communications by maintaining and reporting on current campaigns and continuously looking for areas to enhance.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
  • Embrace the value of “Test & Learn” by driving continuous improvement and innovation within the CRM department.
  • As the CRM & Analytics Executive, you will play an integral part in ensuring we are building strong relationships with our customers and assisting other departments with the development and delivery of marketing campaigns through our award-winning omnichannel approach.

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience working in an email marketing/CRM focussed role, ideally 1+years using HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and CRM marketing platforms.
  • Experience using Google Analytics for performance reporting.
  • A basic understanding of HTML is desirable but not required.
  • An understanding of A/B testing and optimisation principles.
  • A proactive attitude and must be able to thrive in a varied and fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
